Meet The Founders
Alex, Julius and Bert are three NYC locals and childhood friends united by community and culture. Five years ago they entered the craft beer scene as patrons who enjoyed the vibe. What they didn’t know is that their love for art, music and craft beer would merge into something more.
The Adapt Beer Project is a NYC Black owned beer collective. It’s a familiar space to build community and inspire each other to

As someone who doesn't typically drink beer, I was pleasantly surprised by the Bleu Julius from Adapt. The combination of blueberries and lemongrass gave it a unique and refreshing taste that I really enjoyed.

I have always been wary of IPAs, I was hesitant to try the a Cranberry IPA however, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The cranberry flavor added a pleasant sweetness that balanced out the bitterness I expected.

As a fan of fruity and tart flavors, I was intrigued by the Cranyou Dig it IPA. From the first sip, I was blown away by the bold and juicy cranberry taste that was perfectly balanced by the bitterness of the hops. The aroma was equally impressive, with hints of pine and resin that added a nice depth to the overall experience.
